Happy 4th of July!

The Reid family spent the 4th of July at the beach this summer and had a great holiday! We went to the beach during the day (boy was it hot!) and then a block party (see pick of Jack playing football) that night with fireworks in the park once the sun set. Jack even stayed up past his bedtime to take in the "booms"...but he did get a little scared. And when it was time to go to bed, he kept hearing the smaller fireworks go off in the street and it was pretty scary for him. He eventually recovered from the trauma and I'm sure next year will be ready!
