I'm 2 Months Old!

Wow - time sure does fly! I had my 2-month check up today and the doctor said everything was honkey-dorey. He said I better start going to bed at night for mommy and daddy, so I will try to work on that. In case you are keeping track, my latest stats are:

11 lbs, 7 oz (exactly 3 pounds over my birth weight)
23 and 3/4 inches - the doc said that is in the 75-90%

Toodles...gotta go play with my Schnoodle.

Pumpkin Pickin

A very windy (but beautiful) Autumn day...the whole family went Pumpkin Pickin' . We're sure next year Jack will be a bit more vocal with his choice:) Happy Halloween!

Momma's Boy

Yes, I have to admit, Jack is a bit of a momma's boy. Over the past week or so, being on our own while daddy is away that bond has gotten even stronger and more special. We have a special wink and smile just to share between the two of us. Jack - I love you.

What about the Schnoodle????

Probably one of the most frequent questions Michael and I get....right after "How's the baby" and "Are you getting any sleep" is "So how is Doodles adjusting to the baby?"

As expected, Doodles has been great. She really is adjusting well with - as expected - a little less attention. BUT, we hope the attention we do give her now is valued time....longer walks, trips to the dog beach, playdates with her Yorkie friend "CoCo". As any big sister tends to be, Doodles can seem a little jealous - but only takes it out on Mom and Dad...she is very loving to Baby Jack and we know they will be best of friends in the years to come.

Daddy's first trip

Mommy and Jack are missing Daddy very much and can't wait for him to come home from his trip. As you can see, Jack tried to sneak away in Daddy's luggage....he definitely would have made it in the oversize comparment:) But you can see that Jack is being a good boy for Mommy and giving her some funny faces and smiles.

There's a new sheriff in town....

Fells Point Festival

Jack (and his cousin Bella) visited the city this weekend. It was Jack's first Fells Point Festival, visit to the Inner Harbor AND boat ride on the Water Taxi. We all had a great time and hope that Jack will inherit his mommy and daddy's love of the city.
