Happy 1/2 Birthday to Me, Happy 1/2 Birthday to Me...

Baby Jack turns 6 months old today! Our little baby is growing into such a little man. He is getting better about sleeping through night - usually only waking once around 3am (usually;). He is up for the day at 7am - like clockwork and takes a couple cat naps (20-30 minutes each) during the day. He is eating cereal, veggies and we tried Pears for the first time today. His favorite food (besides mommy's milk) is Sweet Potatoes so far! He loves rolling around on the floor and is so aware of his surroundings. His favorite toys are any balloon, his collapsable ball, his elephant who continues to believe he is a giraffe, and his stuffed Lion. We are reading books and he really likes the Clumsy Crab. Naked Baby Alerts are still very popular in the house. And bath time is very fun...Baby Jack loves when we pour water over him. Jack can even grab his feet and suck on his toes.

The weather will start warming up soon and we will be out and about, so stay tuned for more adventures of Baby Jack. We have our 6-month well baby visit on Monday, so will update everyone on his stats then.

Happy Birthday Nana!!

Today we celebrated Nana's birthday and Jack's 1/2 birthday. We had a delicious dinner at McCormick & Schmicks in downtown Baltimore. As you can see, we had a great time - and Baby Jack was such a good boy all day!

Happy Valentine's Day

Jack wants to be everyone's Valentine this year. We spent a low-key day at home and once Baby Jack goes to sleep, Mommy and Daddy will have a nice steak dinner. Cupid definitely struck this house today (and left a fun balloon for Baby Jack to play with!)

Sunday Playdate

It was an unseasonable 65 degrees here in Baltimore today. Yeah! We met our friends at Patterson Park for some outdoor play time then we walked back to the Marshall's house to hang out with Charlotte and her new little sister, Winslow. Little Winnie is such a cutie! Baby Jack must have had a good time because he was asleep before 7pm tonight!!!

Rollin, rollin, rollin

Jack has been really getting around these days - rolling all over the place. He loves his new-found freedom. This video shows how he can "catch" mommy...I think we are in trouble very soon when he starts crawling!

Jack's new best friend (well stuffed best friend)

Jack got his first Pooh bear - and he loves it. Mom-mom and Pop-Pop brought Pooh all the way back from Disney World.
