Goddard Winter Extravaganza

So last Friday, Jack's school had their Winter Extravaganza:) Each class put on a little show for the parents. Jack's class dressed up with their reindeer horns and sang us holiday tunes. You can't really tell in these picks but Jack has on his "antlers" here....although he INSISTS that he is a Moose...not a reindeer.

Not surprisingly, it took a lot of coaxing from mommy to get Jack to even get up with his friends and he pretty much kept quiet (except when it was time to ring his reindeer bells:)

Flurries!!

We have had an unseasonably warm Fall/early Winter this year....BUT today we saw some light snow flurries!! The kids ran screaming "It's Snowing, It's Snowing" and took their usual spots at the window:)

Baking Cookies!

We made a ton of cookies today for Santa (and Daddy:) Sugar, Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin. Yummmm!

Hmmmm....what cookie should I bake next???

So proud

Waiting patiently for the final product.

Three is a Magic Number

I promised weeks ago that I would post on the main reason I have been delinquent in my blogging/updates....well, we are truly blessed and expecting Baby # 3 (also known in our house as "boo boo") in April. Here are some shots from November. Stay tuned for more!

Santa!

The plan wasn't for mommy to be in the photo...but with 2 scared kids clinging to my legs this was the only way it was going to happen:)

Xmas Tree Cutting - Our Tradition Continues

The wonderful Talley family joined us this year for our Christmas tree adventure. We all headed to Jarretsville Tree Farm to find and cut down our tree! We got a great tree and made so many memories...such fun! Pics of our tree all decked out soon to come!

We like Fraser Fir trees in our house:)

Happy Thanksgiving 2011

We had a great Thanksgiving....I was just a major slacker when it came to taking pictures:( Sorry! We had a busy day with our first dinner at Auntie Kristie's house (yum!) and then the second dinner with the Reid/Maxa clan at MaryJo and Mike's house. Just a few pics from dinner #2 at the kids table:)

Ciara Rose at 18 months

Hard to believe our little babydoll is 18 months already!! Wow! She had her check up at the doctor's on Friday and everything is great. Her stats are below with some recent shots to see how she is growing up! She loves to read books, play cars with Jack and make mommy and daddy tea with her tea set. She is super smart - knows her ABCs and talks in complete sentences ("I'll be right back Nemo") She is just so fun to be around - but definitely has a mind of her own at times and lets you know it. She is very opinionated and determined....that will be a good thing later right??? She is a fantastic eater - many times eating more than Jack and Mommy. She loves cereal in the morning and applesauce or yogurt as a snack. School is going great too - all around things are wonderful:)

18 month Stats
Height - 32 1/4 in (50-75%)
Weight - 24.3 lbs (50%)
Head - 47.9cm (75-90%)

Eating her Cheerios like a big girl:)
