C'mon...Give Peas a Chance!

So we tried peas for the first time today. It wasn't a hit, but we got a few spoons in there;) Sorry the photos are a little dark, we forgot the overhead lights.

Jack is 5 Months Old Today!

Wow - time is flying by. Our little Tater Tot is 5 months old today. He really is our little man! A few of his favorite things lately are playing with Doodles, rolling every which way on the floor, hanging out in his Jumperoo (but not quite touching the floor yet), and singing songs with Mommy and Daddy. Jack's favorite songs are Poopers Scoopers, My Mommy Rocks, and You Are My Sunshine.

Right now we are trying new cereals and getting ready to start on veggies...he still loves breastfeeding though (yeah!) His reflux is really coming back strong...which the doctor warned us about. The poor little guy is really battling but hopefully the medicine will kick in soon and he will start sleeping/eating like himself. Speaking of sleeping...outside of the recent reflux episode, Jack has been known to sleep up to 10-12 hours. It is not consistent yet, but it gives Mommy and Daddy hope!

Look what the UPS man dropped off today...

A cool new high chair for Baby Jack. He seems to like it, even it is a little big for him. He is such a big boy and we had a bowl of cereal tonight in his nice new chair. Mommy is happy cuz she doesn't have to sit on the floor and feed Jack in his bouncy seat:)
