Jack @ 4 Months

Hi everyone - Jack had his 4 month check-up today at the doctor's and everything went great. He was a very good boy getting 4 shots in his little chubby legs. (stats below!)

4 month stats -

Weight 13 lbs, 8 oz (10-25%)

Height - 25.5 inches (75%)

Jack Rolls Over

Our little guy continues to amaze us every day! He rolled over for the first time on Monday (12/15) at the Dr's office, but we finally got it on tape:)

Ho, Ho, Ho!

We took Jack to see Santa today. It took a couple trips and a bribe with Jack's cuteness to get the lady to let us in past Santa's union-sanctioned "break-time". He wasn't scared at all!! And although he was all smiles standing in line....when the camera was on, he was just too distracted with all the lights and bells, etc. It was hard to get him to smile AND look toward the camera. Oh well!

My first balloon

My mommy's friend Danielle got her this AWESOME smiley face balloon to cheer Mommy up at work. Apparently my mommy was sad this week since she had to start back to work and couldn't stay home and play with me. Don't worry mommy - I love you and promise to give you a big smile when you get home each night.

Sorry, a few days late...Jack's first Turkey Day was GREAT! We had our first dinner at Auntie Kristie's house and then a second dinner at Nana's house. And there were kids everywhere! I swear soon enough they will outnumber the adults:) Here are few shots from our busy day...I'll try to post more as other took photos too.

John Finnian Reid @ 3 Months

Today is Jack's 3-month "bday" :) Mommy and Daddy are amazed each day at how he grows and develops. Our little Tater Tot is growing up!

DADDY....That is a big Boo-Boo you have!

Jack is trying to be a good little boy while Daddy recovers from some major hand trauma. Daddy's surgery this morning went well as they are grafting his finger to the palm of his hand in an effort to re-grow skin, cells etc. In about 3 weeks, once the finger and palm have grown together, the doctor will cut them apart and therapy will continue. Sneaky way to get out of diaper duty!

Jack enjoyed his first trip to the National Aquarium today (and yes, it was a brrrrrrr 32 degrees in Baltimore) We had so much fun with Auntie Kristie and cousins Bella and Theo. Can't wait to go back! Don't forget to vote for the baby Dolphin's name at www.aqua.org.

Jack's First Slumber Party

Jack and his cousin Bella spent the night at mom-mom and pop-pop's last night. (Doodles even got to spend the night!) Everyone had alot of fun and Jack was a very good boy only waking up once in the night. PS - the real accomplishment is not that Jack slept through the night, but that Mommy didn't go crazy and try to "crash" the slumber party cuz she missed her baby;)
